Directed and wrote the script for the Kamigo Clove Theater Restaurant production, "Hokuetsu Seppu and Akiyama Kiko" held during the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale 2024. This unique culinary performance featured local women from Kamigo serving seasonal dishes made with regional ingredients, blending food and theater into a live "theatre restaurant show." The performance was a theatrical adaptation of Hokuetsu Seppu and Akiyama Kiko—two Edo-period bestsellers that depict life in Japan's snow country.
