For the exhibition Art River: Exploring 20th-Century Art and Design Through Play at the Toyama Prefectural Museum of Art and Design, I developed Marugoto TAD Museum + Rintaro Hara + Yu Hara, Art River Sugoroku. Centered on the museum's collection of 20th-century art and design, the project featured a custom-designed sugoroku (traditional Japanese board game), in which each square presented prompts and challenges inspired by the history of art and design. The installation also included a Pop Art–inspired table tennis table, a De Stijl–themed air hockey table, and a Cubist-patterned basketball hoop, transforming the museum into a unique playground where visitors could experience art through play.
